How a Fractional GC works for you
As a law firm and in-house trained attorney, my approach is always through the lens of the client’s operational needs, the organization’s risk profile, and maintaining consistency with the strategic objectives of the business.
This means you get actionable guidance, not just “legal advice”. The goal is guidance that is practical, efficient and timely.
Our practice of building a deeper relationship, with fewer clients, enables a more seamless integration and more effective use of legal spend.

Let’s Work Together
Engaging a Fractional GC is not like hiring outside counsel.
Outside Counsel have deep experience in a particular area of the law. But they typically don’t have the wide lens of experience expected to assess business in a multitude of areas expected from a GC, nor do they usually have the bandwidth to delve deeply into issues outside their area of expertise. This is why actual GC experience is so important.
General Counsel have, or develop, deep understanding of your business and how the law impacts your business. General Counsels manage enterprise risk, but more importantly, he/she keeps your business moving forward.
If you are ready for such a strategic partnership, schedule a consultation.
